Now lets see the steps involved in making the duck spring rolls.I will teach you these duck spring rolls in three easy steps.

Step 1

Firstly prepare the duck
• Heat oil in a pan. It shouldn’t be too hot.
• Add chopped vegetables (onion, carrot) to the pan.
• Add the pieces of duck to it. Cover for a few minutes. Check if it has turned tender. If so keep it aside. Now add salt to it. Be careful while adding salt, as the duck is already salty.

Step 2

Secondly, Make spring rolls
Separate the spring roll sheets carefully on a clean surface, one at a time. Lay out the spring roll mix on the sheet. Whisk a whole egg in a bowl. Brush the egg all around the filling. Roll over and avoid any air spaces. Brush again with the egg and fold up the sides. Take oil in a pan and deep fry the spring rolls in it. Fry until golden and crispy.

Step 3

Now lets prepare the hoisin sauce
Mix together sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and peanut butter. Mix until all the ingredients blend well. Serve this hoisin sauce with the spring rolls.
